SHIPPING AND RETURNS

- All orders other than framed prints are sent via Australia Post, postage pricing comes directly from those advertised at Australia post, there is no markup on postage.
- Framed Prints are sent directly from the framers, they're custom made specifically for you so there will be no returns available for framed prints, unless your item is damaged, where you'll receive a full refund. Please make contact immediately to asha@tigreasha.com in the case of damaged merchandise.
- full returns or exchanges are available for apparel. If your item does not fit or you simply just don't like it we'll happily refund your purchase. Simply email asha@tigreasha.com regarding the details of your return. Item must be returned in unworn condition with all swing tags attached within 7 days of initial contact.
- Postage compensation will only be given for faulty goods.
- Please note that because of current COVID-19 restrictions there is a 4-6 week wait on custom framed prints. Regular post from ready to ship items may also be slightly delayed.
- Because of the current pandemic we will not be shipping items internationally at this time. You're patients is appreciated and it won't be long until we are shipping to our international friends!
