- All images and artworks are the intellectual property of Asha Kidd, no imagery or text within the website may be reproduced or used for ANY purpose without the prior written consent of the artist.
-All imagery is protected by Australian and international copyright laws
-When hiring Asha for photographic and illustration work you'll be given a set of Terms and Conditions specific to each trade.
-All items and packages are listed in Australian Dollars, these prices are subject to change without prior notice
-items listed in the online shop are described as accurately as possible, please note that other monitors can display colours differently, keep this in mind when making a purchase.
-payment types accepted are PayPal and credit card, your details will be kept private and will never be given to third parties.
-All art and photographic print sales are final, these are not ready to ship. The prints and framed prints are ordered upon receipt, please choose carefully.
